SPICY HONEY GLAZED SALMON

 Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, and minced garlic.

  3. 3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.

  4. 4. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Pour the honey glaze over the salmon.
  6. 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through, basting with the glaze halfway through.
