Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, and minced garlic.
- 3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- 4. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- 5. Pour the honey glaze over the salmon.
- 6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through, basting with the glaze halfway through.
